When Fiber Comes to Your Street

Fiber is built once and serves your street with digital capacity for a generation.  Here’s what you’ll see while we build the network.

Crews mark the work area and existing underground lines with paint.

We leave one when construction is about to start on your street.

Cones and signs

These guide drivers and pedestrians safely around the crews, who are ArcLink Fiber’s construction partners working with the city’s permission.

Access boxes

Crews set ground-level boxes, 24 by 36 inches, in the pavement or grass.

Construction

Crews follow a city-approved route for the pipes and fiber that reach each property.

Restoration 

Our crews restore areas impacted by construction.  This may include grassy areas getting soil and seed or concrete and trenches being sealed.
